The Launchpad gets you set up on Team/Business and we cover the feature-timing differences so nothing surprises you later.

Anthropic's business plan for Claude — the AI assistant widely considered the safest and most capable for professional work. It includes admin controls, data protection, and usage across your whole team.
We'll happily talk about any of them — but we've found Claude strikes the best balance between capability, safety, and how it handles your data. It integrates cleanly into Microsoft environments without fighting your existing tools.
Claude Team does not train on your data. Ever. We configure admin controls, SSO, and retention policies during the setup session so your information stays yours.
No — every Launchpad session is one-on-one. We remote into your device for setup and live guidance. If you have a team that needs training, we run separate sessions for each person or do a custom rollout (see "What comes next" below).
Our engineers have passed Anthropic's Claude certification exams, and My IT Indy is in the official Claude Partner application process. Beyond that — we're the IT team that already protects your environment. We're not learning Claude on your dime.
Your choice. We're based in Plainfield and happy to come to you anywhere in central Indiana. Remote sessions over Teams — with us remoting into your device — work just as well for most clients.
